This variant will be one of the most well remembered vehicles of this entire century. It is the pinnacle of everything we won’t see in future production cars. Every single aspect of this vehicle and this generation’s life lends itself to being the greatest example of what sportscars were like before they came with apps. Such an awesome car...

If I had the money, you would be mine. I very badly want a dark purple ACR.

I’ll be 59, and still won’t be able to afford it.

Such a sad thing. There’s a reason it is my favorite car, it is a no holds barred, insane, pure-driving machine that makes you try to merely survive. Hopefully Mr. Sergio will bring it back again like he says he wants to.

We simply cannot know. It will cost more to own a car like this in the future, but it doesn’t mean they won’t exist.

It don’t think it will be the most valuable, but it may gain a large following eventually. By 2040 it will only be as old as the original Viper is today, which hasn’t appreciated that much.
The Viper does represent the pinnacle of everything we won't see in future production sports cars though, so the Viper community could get bigger over time.

Are we living under the assumption that current classics will cease to appreciate? I don’t see an ACR ever being more valuable than a Bugatti Atlantique...
Also, Speciale Aperta and RS 4.0 and 911R.
I do think that the 2.7 RS are gonna get crazy valuable in the next 30 years, they’re already over the million mark.

The ACR is too bonkers for me but I agree that one day they will be quite valuable. I would like a nice T/A like this white one I spied at C&C
